The State Board of Higher Education named Dr. Carmen Simone as the permanent president at �鶹ԭ�� (�鶹ԭ��). Simone has been interim president at �鶹ԭ�� since July 1, 2025.

�鶹ԭ�� has surpassed 1,900 students this fall, a figure it hasn�t seen since before the COVID pandemic.

�鶹ԭ�� recently donated 20 boxes of textbooks to Books for Africa. 

The rising cost of college tuition is a significant concern for both students and their families. 

There is a new executive in the president office at �鶹ԭ��, and she is no stranger to North Dakota or higher education.
