鶹ԭ supports veterans, spouses, and dependents in their pursuit of higher education.

鶹ԭ offers a variety of courses with flexible scheduling online and at the Devils Lake and Grand Forks AFB campuses. Most 鶹ԭ degree programs are approved for VA educational benefits through the Veterans Administration. Students may also be eligible for tuition assistance through federal or state programs.

This form must be filled out each term of enrollment. Failure to complete this form fully will cause a delay in processing your enrollment verification and monthly G.I. benefits.

The VA certifying official and assistants at 鶹ԭ help students with VA benefit applications and certification. They cannot make VA benefit choices for students. Students should visit the GI Bill® website  and review Post 9/11 GI BILL® & Other Programs.

VA Steps

  • Submit Certificate of Eligibility to 鶹ԭ once it is received from the VA

  • Choose your program of study and the type of degree that you are seeking
    • Click ND on the map > 鶹ԭ > Programs
    • Choose an Institution of Higher Learning (approved AA, AS, or AAS degree programs)
    • OR Non-College Degree (approved certificate or diploma programs)
  •  to 鶹ԭ or contact the Office of Admissions at (701) 662-1545 or (800) 443-1313, extension 21545
  • Provide copies of your Certificate of Eligibility and Form DD-214 to the VA Certifying officials at 鶹ԭ.
  • If you previously used VA benefits at another institution, you need to file VA Form 22-1995 (Change of Programs/Place of Training) with the VA
  • Provide a copy to 鶹ԭ VA Certifying officials.
  • Each term that you want to be certified for VA benefits, complete the online
